Keeping in mind the current market standards, DUPLEX STEEL & ENGINEERING engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting world class array of Stainless Steel 310/310S310H Fasteners, which is used for intermittent service at temperatures up to 1040 Degree C. Welding or build up analogue heat resisting forged Stainless Steel 310/310S Threaded Screws used in annealing and hardening process in marine, re-conditioning and refurbishment industries. Our SS 310H Machine Screws which has been serving the needs of the oil and gas industries, automotive, shipbuilding, power plants
Between 912 Degree C and 1,394 Degree C, Stainless Steel 310S Hex Head Screws is in its order, which is called austenite or gamma iron. SS 310H Socket Head Cap Screws (UNS S31009) has a carbon content restricted to exclude the lower end of the 310 range. Manufactured using graded stainless steel, these SS 310 Concrete Screws are extensively used while binding two products together.our SS 310/310H Anchore Screws have wide use in different construction work as they are used to connect two joints tightly. Additional changes are made possible by heat – treating in these Stainless Steel 310/310S Steel Shoulder Screw — for instance, by accelerating the rate of cooling through the austenite-to-ferrite transformation point.
Grade 310 (UNS S31000) and its various subgrades combine excellent high temperature properties with good ductility and weldability. Grade 310H (UNS 531009) has a carbon content restricted to exclude the lower end of the 310 range, so is the grade of choice for high temperature applications. Grade 310S (UNS S31008) is used when the application environment involves moist corrodents in a temperature range lower than that which is normally considered "high temperature" service. The lower carbon content of 310S does reduce its high temperature strength compared to 310H.
"Dual Certification"
310H and 310S are often produced in "Dual Certified" form - mainly in plate and pipe. These items have chemical and mechanical properties complying with both 310H and 310S specifications. Product complying with 310 only or dual certified 310 and 310S may have a carbon content below 0.04% which will not be acceptable for some high temperature applications.
